China launched a sea-based Smart Dragon-3 (SD-3) carrier rocket on Thursday, which sent seven satellites into planned orbits. The commercial SD-3 rocket lifted off at 14:37 (Beijing time) from waters off the coast of Yangjiang in China's southern Guangdong province. Among the seven satellites was Pakistan's PRSC-EO2 satellite, according to the Argentine News Agency. The sea launch mission was conducted by the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center.
