Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed gratitude on Monday for "positive efforts" that Russia makes in dialogues with other parties.
Xi Jinping stated: "China appreciates and endorses positive and constructive efforts aimed at promoting international security and stability, carried out by Russia in dialogue with other parties." These words were spoken during a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Both leaders also expressed hope that various countries will adhere to the principles of equality, justice, and mutual cooperation.
