These steps also aim to impose penalties on any attempts to use technology to disseminate misleading news or influence public opinion, particularly through 'internet meme armies.' This term refers to groups of individuals who respond to comments posted online.
It's worth noting that it is intended to launch the 'Qinglong' initiative in 2025, which is an annual campaign aimed at improving the online environment and making it cleaner and safer for users.
