The global technology brand HONOR has announced the launch of its new corporate strategic plan HONOR ALPHA PLAN, aimed at transforming the company from a smartphone manufacturer into a global leader in the AI device ecosystem. According to HONOR's general director James Li, the revolution in artificial intelligence will fundamentally change the industry landscape, impacting production, society, and culture.

The company will collaborate with partners to create technological solutions that will open new horizons and create a new paradigm for AI devices in the era of artificial intelligence agencies. According to Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.'s Alex Katouzian, HONOR plans to integrate partner technologies for the development of the next generation of AI devices.

HONOR announced plans to provide seven years of updated Android OS and security updates for the HONOR Magic smartphone series, starting with the Eurasia market. The company also pledged to achieve operational carbon neutrality by 2040, five years earlier compared to the initial goal.

The plan is divided into three phases: the first phase begins with the creation of an intelligent phone. HONOR also announced plans to invest more than 10 billion dollars in the next five years to support this initiative.

The technology brand has introduced a new restoration technology for old AI Upscale portraits for the HONOR Magic7 series and has also announced upcoming additions of AI Deepfake detection functionality in its latest flagship and mid-range phones on international markets.

"At this stage, we must ensure openness in order to fully take on the perspective of this seizing future AI," emphasized James Li.

HONOR also stated its plan to achieve carbon neutrality throughout its entire supply chain and products by 2050, underscoring the importance of the human factor in innovations.
