Chinese automotive giant BYD has reached a significant milestone in the industry, dethroning Tesla in global electric vehicle (EV) sales during 2025. According to a report by Xinhua, the Asian company sold around 2.26 million electric units, surpassing Elon Musk's company, which delivered approximately 1.63 million.
