Leaders of the two countries discussed the potential for cooperation during a phone call. Xi Jinping also emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region.
In turn, the Chairman of Vietnam supported the idea of developing friendly relations based on mutual respect and trust. During the dialogue, the most pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and the prospects for joint work were discussed.
The words of the President of China were noted: "Ready with Vietnamese colleagues to discuss a broad range of issues and simultaneously contribute to regional stability and prosperity."
