The film will be directed by Paul King, who directed the films 'Paddington' and 'Wonka'. The film is expected to combine live action with CGI computer animation. This announcement comes after the doll gained immense popularity last year, allowing Pop Mart to generate approximately $4.2 billion in revenue.
