Chinese company 'HiBy' has launched a new headphone amplifier to deliver high-fidelity sound for smartphones and laptops. The device can also be connected to headphones via a 4.4mm balanced port. The company stated that the new headphone amplifier (W4) features an aluminum body and is available in six different colors. It noted that the optional magnetic back cover allows the amplifier to be attached to compatible smartphones, such as the iPhone 17. The device's front panel includes a rotary knob and a 2-inch touchscreen that displays various information, like the current album artwork and playback status. The screen is used for adjusting settings. The amplifier can be connected to smartphones or computers via Bluetooth or a USB-C port.
