China has launched a campaign to identify fire risks in high-rise buildings, state media reported, after at least 128 people were killed in one of the deadliest fires in Hong Kong. The campaign will inspect tall buildings for the use of flammable materials, according to state broadcaster CCTV. It will also check the use of equipment such as bamboo scaffolding or non-fire-resistant safety nets.
