Snow Village in Chengdu Apologizes to Visitors

In China, the indoor snow forest was temporarily closed, shocking visitors with the artificial snow made of plastic, water, and mud. The snowy forest in the Chenduo province of Sichuan became well-known on social media after a visitor criticized online, revealing that the expected snow was merely a cheap mix of plastic, water, and mud.

"We sincerely regret that we could not showcase the real winter landscape, forcing visitors to change their vacation plans," - stated the snowy forest's notice. The tourist attraction was temporarily closed in anticipation of real snow from the sky. Operators of the tourist site reported that unusually warm weather compelled them to use artificial snow.

"We did not achieve the desired outcome, which left a poor impression on tourists," - stated in a statement from the agency, quoted by the agency 'UPI'. Currently, they hope for real snow and are ready to restore the attraction for visitors after the end of the "winter season".
